The British Grand Prix is one of our most popular events for renting any of our fully-equipped 4-7* motorhomes, Winnebagos and American RVs, ensuring your race weekend is nothing short of incredible!
Sleeping between two and eight people in a range of sizes and layouts, from bunk beds and sofa beds to master bedroom with slide-out walls, we cater to every requirement and budget.
When staying with us at Silverstone, our Motorhome accommodation includes comprehensive on-site facilities and a dedicated team who provide 24 hour support and also deliver the vehicles to the circuit, so all you need to do is simply drive up and move in!
All vehicles are prepared for your arrival and come with ample parking and a welcome pack of goodies so you can ease into race weekend in style. Upon booking, you’ll also have the option of fully stocked cupboards & fridge, with more additional extras should you choose.

Our motorhomes are be within easy reach of local facilities and towns surroundg and close to the Silverstone circuit, for example:
- Towcester – nearby facilities include numerous shops, convenience stores, public houses, ATMs, restaurants and take-aways
- A number of village and country pubs, including Whittlebury, Silverstone and Sulgrave
- The picturesque market town of Brackley
How to get to Silverstone
Silverstone is situated in the Northamptonshire countryside, approximately 90 miles north of central London and 60 minutes south of Birmingham. The circuit is easily accessed from the A43 dual carriageway which lies between the M1 (Junc 15a heading South) and the M40 (Junc 10 heading North.) For directions from your location the Silverstone website has a good interactive map.
If you are planning to park your car at the circuit, you will need to purchase a parking permit in advance for Saturday and Sunday. Motorcycles however can park free of charge.
Taxis can found at all train stations. There will also be a pick up and drop off point on Brackley Road in Silverstone Village. Given the number of people who will attending race weekend, it is advisable to book taxis in advance.
Megabus runs services direct to Silverstone during the GP weekend from many major cities around the country, including London, Luton, Sheffield, Birmingham, Swansea, Portsmouth and many more. To check routes and book tickets please visit the Megabus website.

For those wanting to get away from the Grand Prix for a while, there are a number of attractions in the nearby area, including:

Food & Drink
As can be expected from such a venue, there is wide range of vendors on hand to suit all tastes, from traditional hot food such as burgers, fish & chips and jacket potatoes to Paninis and sandwiches as well as vegetarian options too. In addition you’ll find several licensed bars serving alcohol and other refreshments. If you do bring your own food and drink to the circuit, be aware that no glass bottles are allowed into the circuit and you will asked to leave any at the gates if you do bring them.
Camping, Hotels & Guest Houses
If you’ve decided that you’re going to camp this year for the Grand Prix, we would of course recommend Whittlebury Park for a total F1 experience and it’s location close to the Silverstone circuit. There are however other campsites available, all listed on the Silverstone Circuit’s website. There’s a range of hotel options within easy reach of the Silverstone site too.
