We are taking all practical measures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 including the closure of our premises to the public.
We will continue to supply vehicles for isolation purposes and respond to both e-mail and telephone enquiries. Those with appointments for viewings and vehicle servicing have been contacted directly.

Event and Festival Postponement
Given the exceptional circumstances caused by the current pandemic, we wanted to clarify our refund policy for all those who have booked an American Motorhome with us over the coming months.
Usually, as you would expect, all deposits paid are non-refundable as per our terms of booking but in the current circumstances this will not neccessarily apply.
Should an event or festival be postponed or deferred by the organiser of the event, your Empire RV booking will be transferred to the new date announced by the organiser and your deposit will be retained.
If the new date is not convenient for you as the hirer, a credit note will be issued for use on any booking made prior to 31 December 2021.
We do however reserve the right to substitute vehicles given the potential for the new date and booking to clash with other commitments or events and festivals.
Currently this applies to Glastonbury Festival 2020, which has been postponed due to Covid-19 but festival tickets will roll over to the 2021 – you can find the full Glastonbury Festival statement here.
Event and Festival Cancellation
Should an event be cancelled by the organiser, you as the hirer will have the option of a full refund or a credit note to be used on any booking made prior to 31 December 2024.
